El cual se refiere a la denuncia formulada por parte de J.A.D.L.F.L. contra Telefónica del Perú por la presunta infracción al deber de idoneidad y atención de reclamos. Bajo este contexto, se analizará lo expuesto por la parte denunciante, la parte denunciada y los medios probatorios expuestos. Se detallará lo resuelto por la primera instancia el Órgano Resolutivo de Procedimientos Sumarísimos de Protección al Consumidor N°1 y la segunda instancia por la Comisión de Protección al Consumidor N°2. Con el objetivo de evaluar si la empresa denunciada cometió dicha infracción y por ende si amerita ser sancionada administrativamente.

This refers to the complaint filed by J.A.D.L.F.L. against Telefónica del Perú for the alleged infringement of the duty of suitability and attention to complaints. In this context, we will analyze the statements made by the plaintiff, the defendant and the evidence presented. We will detail what was resolved by the first instance by the Resolving Entity of Consumer Protection Summary Proceedings No. 1 and the second instance by the Consumer Protection Commission No. 2.
