« En la actualidad el Perú, está creciendo gracias a que existen diferentes actividades económicas que dan paso a este crecimiento, una de estas actividades es el turismo. A lo largo de los últimos años nuestro país ha ido creciendo en lo que respecta a esta actividad, creando infraestructura necesaria, pero al ser un país en desarrollo aún falta. El objetivo de este proyecto es brindar una infraestructura de calidad a uno de los lugares turísticos, más visitados de nuestro país, fomentando el ecoturismo, con nuevas formas de construcción, preocupándose por causar el menor impacto ambiental, usando materiales naturales, energías renovables, etc. Asimismo, debe ser respetuoso con el entorno y promover el cuidado y protección de los atractivos turísticos que existen en el lugar, es por esta razón que el proyecto, además de ser para el turista, también está pensado para servir como lugar de capacitación e información para la comunidad de Máncora. Todo esto engloba realizar una arquitectura de calidad, que resuelva correctamente con las necesidades que ser requieren y que armonice con el entorno. » |

El objetivo de este proyecto es brindar una infraestructura de calidad a uno de los lugares turísticos, más visitados de nuestro país, fomentando el ecoturismo, con nuevas formas de construcción, preocupándose por causar el menor impacto ambiental, usando materiales naturales, energías renovables, etc. Asimismo, debe ser respetuoso con el entorno y promover el cuidado y protección de los atractivos turísticos que existen en el lugar, es por esta razón que el proyecto, además de ser para el turista, también está pensado para servir como lugar de capacitación e información para la comunidad de Máncora. Todo esto engloba realizar una arquitectura de calidad, que resuelva correctamente con las necesidades que ser requieren y que armonice con el entorno. »« Peru is currently growing due to different economic activities that are helping this growth, one and the most important one is the tourism. Peru has grow tremendously in the last years due to their necessity to support tourism; however, Peru is a country currently developing which means we still need support for Peru's infrastructure. The main goal of this project is to provide quality infrastructure to one of the most visited place in the country by promoting the eco toursim, with different forms of construction always preserving the environment, using natural resources, reusable energy, etc. Moreover, we will be respectful with the places surrounding and protect the tourist attractions around it, for this reason, is that my project is not only focused on the tourist itself but also to be used as a source of information and learning center for the community of Mancora.
