Al tratarse de un proyecto netamente innovador y no existir un patrón de medidas preestablecidas en los ambientes básicos, se ha tenido que hacer trabajo de campo, en entidades como el Instituto Le Cordon Bleu, la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas UPC, la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, que han pasado a formar parte de los proyectos referenciales necesarios en este tipo de trabajo, en lo que se refiere a referentes Nacionales. De igual manera se recibió apoyo de entidades Internacionales mencionadas próximamente en el siguiente documento. De esta forma se pudo recoger la información adecuada para el tema de investigación lográndose de manera efectiva y dinámica este proyecto de tesis.

Because this is a project entirely innovative that has no previous patterns of pre-established measures in the basic environment, field work has been done in some entities such as: “Le Cordon Bleu Institute”, the “Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC)”, “San Ignacio de Loyola University”, which have become some of the first projects within this field in terms of national referents.
