Se tomará como énfasis el reciclaje de la Arquitectura Industrial para poder insertarse al contexto histórico patrimonial de la zona y poder recuperar un inmueble de valor sin la necesidad de demolerlo en su totalidad.

It seeks to propose an architectural project that can revalue the part of the historic district that is in deterioration.
