description La tipología de mercado nació desde tiempos remotos por la necesidad de comprar, vender o comerciar, generando puntos sociales y económicos importantes en las ciudades. El presente proyecto busca implementar la tipología de mercado para satisfacer las necesidades gastronómicas, sociales y comerciales en el distrito del Rímac, “distrito gastronómico” de la capital; desarrollando su enorme potencial cultural y gastronómico debido al estar ubicado muy cerca del Centro Histórico de Lima. Las áreas públicas, zonas de recreación y espacios de compra y venta en optimas condiciones tanto de diseño como de salubridad, serán la prioridad del trabajo de investigación para ofrecer actividades gastronómicas, culturales y sociales que promuevan el gusto por la comida peruana y fomenten su gran diversidad cultural que permitirá generar un impacto positivo al entorno urbano de la intervención.

This project seeks to implement the market typology to satisfy the gastronomic, social and commercial needs in the district of Rímac, the “gastronomic district” of the capital; developing its enormous cultural and gastronomic potential due to being located closely to the Historic Center of Lima.
