description El presente trabajo consiste en el análisis y desarrollo de un proyecto, el cual mide la factibilidad y viabilidad económica-financiera de este basado en la planificación, coordinación y logística del desarrollo de matrimonios en el Perú. Hoy en día, muchos novios toman en cuenta la organización de su boda como algo muy especial y social, teniendo en cuenta a muchos proveedores y eligiendo a cada uno para distintos servicios. Debido a esto, llegamos a la pregunta: ¿Habrá una empresa que ofrezca un servicio completo llegando a satisfacer lo requerido por los novios? Para ello, se ha realizado una extensa investigación tanto interna como externa del mercado y su entorno. Además, se ha realizado una evaluación del proyecto con respecto a las ventas y costos de ventas, así como también un análisis financiero en los próximos 3 años estimando una ganancia razonable y conociendo si el negocio es rentable para poder emprender dicha empresa. Finalmente, se concluye, que para que la empresa esté siempre presente en el mercado, debe contar con un valor diferenciado, más personalizado, estando siempre en contacto directo y conociendo a sus clientes.

Today, many brides and grooms take into account the organization of their wedding as something very special and social, taking into account many suppliers and choosing each one for different services, that is why, we came to the question: Will there be a company that offers a complete service getting to meet what is required by the couple? For this, extensive internal and external research of the market and its environment has been carried out. In addition, an evaluation of the project has been carried out with respect to sales and sales costs as well as a financial analysis in the next 3 years estimating a reasonable profit and knowing if the business is profitable to start said company.
