description Conjunto residencial con comercio en Barranco “Barranquina” Ubicado en el distrito de Barranco (sur de Lima), a la espalda de la Biblioteca Municipal y la Plaza Mayor. Se encuentra en el cruce de la Av. Almirante Miguel Grau y Jr. 28 de julio. Ocupando un terreno de 4,650.00 m2 y dentro de la zona monumental B-4, B-5 y EJE GRAU, cuenta con dos edificaciones monumentales de tipo “C” en la fachada del Jr. 28 de julio, de los cuales se rescata la fachada y la primera crujía dándole al proyecto un mayor valor monumental y siendo partida conceptual del diseño de las fachadas, teniendo como base también referente de la arquitectura contemporánea nacional e internacional. También se considera importante además del emplazamiento el factor socioeconómico y los parámetros del distrito junto a sus consideraciones históricas, culturales y tecnológicas, junto a las condiciones climáticas que son aspectos tomados en cuenta para el diseño arquitectónico. La presente tesis alberga conceptos y cálculos de las siguientes especialidades: Estructura, Instalaciones Eléctricas y Sanitarias, que nos permite compatibilizarlas con la Arquitectura.

It is located at the junction of Av. Almirante Miguel Grau and Jr. July 28.
