La realización de esta investigación busca que se le dé la importancia debida a esta herramienta de Gestión RACS – Reporte de Actos y Condiciones Subestándares, abarcando a todos los procedimientos operativos de manera práctica con un grado de sencillez considera para todos los colaboradores centrándonos en la gestión de riesgos. descriptiva debido a que presentaremos las características de ambas variables con la finalidad de observa su comportamiento. Se empleo la metodología de enfoque cuantitativo nivel relacional, diseño de la Investigación no experimental. Población 48 trabajadores y Muestra intencional igual 48. Resultados: 50% están en desacuerdo con que la supervisión valora más la seguridad que la producción. R Pearson 0.192, lo que indica la baja incidencia de las acciones en las operaciones que realizan los trabajadores de la empresa minera. 74% de los encuestados afirma que los supervisores levantan los informes a tiempo. 31.2% afirma que la respuesta inmediata, R Pearson (0.98) indica la baja incidencia de la rapidez con que se dan las respuestas de los directivos antes los informes de actos subestándar. R de Pearson medio alto 568, lo que indica que la línea de supervisores se esfuerza por que todos los colaboradores tengan un alto nivel de seguridad ante los riesgos y por ello toman en cuenta las opiniones de todos. Al respecto un 75% está totalmente de acuerdo.

Carrying out this research seeks to give due importance to this RACS Management tool – Report of Acts and Substandard Conditions, covering all operating procedures in a practical way with a degree of simplicity considered for all collaborators, focusing on risk management. descriptive because we will present the characteristics of both variables to observe their behavior. The relational level quantitative approach methodology was used, non-experimental research design. Population 48 workers and the same intentional sample 48.
