La presente investigación tiene como principal finalidad demostrar que el plan financiero estratégico es una herramienta de suma importancia que permite mejorara la gestión de las empresas de pesaje industrial en el Perú y en principal en la empresa Celltronic Perú S. A. C. El problema de investigación planteado es ¿Es el planteamiento estratégico financiero una herramienta para la mejora de la gestión en las empresas de pesaje industrial? La hipótesis que se formulo es la siguiente: El planeamiento estratégico financiero es una herramienta que mejora significativamente la gestión en las empresas de pesaje industrial. En conclusión, a los resultados obtenidos de los análisis de la empresa que se tomó como muestra, se recomienda que las empresas del sector de servicios y en particular del área de pesaje industrial implementen el planeamiento estratégico financiero para que mejorar su gestión financiera actual y futura, de manera que en un a corto o largo la empresa no se encuentre con prevelas de liquidez. De manera que si las empresas utilizan esta herramienta de análisis aumentaran sus rentabilidades y su posicionamiento en el mercado nacional o internacional. |

A. C. The research problem is: Is the financial strategic approach a tool for improving management in industrial weighing companies? The hypothesis formulated is as follows: Financial strategic planning is a tool that significantly improves the management of industrial weighing companies. In conclusion, to the results obtained from the analyzes of the company that was taken as a sample, it is recommended that the companies of the service sector and in particular of the industrial weighing area implement the financial strategic planning to improve their current and future financial management , so that in a short or long the company does not encounter liquidity previews.
