El propósito del trabajo tiene como objetivo el re implementar en ERP E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 que buscará la integración con el Sistema Comercial de la empresa ya que está generando problemas a los usuarios, así como a los usuarios [sic], jefaturas y gerencia, en disponer de información oportuna y real, además que el ERP fueron mal implementados por la anterior consultoría encargada y presentan problemas de comunicación con el Sistema comercial mayorista. Para el proyecto se utilizó las metodologías de implementación Oracle Implementation Methodology (AIM)propio del producto de Oracle que permitirá realizar la correcta implementación. AIM está basada en cincof ases: definición, elaboración, construcción, transición y producción, y la metodología de gestión de proyecto Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Para la empresa comercial mayorista se logró mejorar los módulos y procesos, disminuir los problemas de comunicación entre ambos sistemas e integrar la información financiera y contable resultante. La correcta implementación del ERP Oracle es una solución viable para empresas grandes que requieren mejores resultados a sus procesos, logrando satisfacer la necesidad requerida.
