El comportamiento ético y comprometido de los graduados universitarios es ampliamente valorado por su impacto en el desarrollo sostenible y su contribución positiva a la sociedad. Este comportamiento abarca desde prácticas laborales responsables hasta una participación en proyectos de responsabilidad social y actividades de servicio comunitario. La finalidad del estudio es analizar el nivel de comportamiento socialmente responsable; de enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal y descriptivo, realizado en 43 egresados universitarios, seleccionados a través de un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se utilizó un cuestionario de variables sociodemográficas, académicas y laborales, con el cuestionario para medir el comportamiento social responsable. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo y bivariado a través del Chi Cuadrado; en cuanto a los resultados sobre Comportamiento Socialmente Responsable el 4,7% se encuentra dentro de la categoría baja, el 48,8% regular y el 46,5% alta. De acuerdo con el análisis estadístico reveló que no existen diferencias significativas con las variables sociodemográficas, académicas y laborales (p>,05).
