Como herramientas de investigación se utilizó las encuestas, entrevistas personales y la recopilación de información de fuentes primarias para establecer los objetivos y estrategias de marketing con el fin de promocionar los snacks utilizando los diferentes medios digitales de publicidad. Finalmente, se detalla el aspecto operacional de la cadena de suministros y la comercialización de los snacks con pitahaya deshidratada, rigiéndonos con el cumplimiento en base a los estándares de calidad en todos los procesos en base a la inocuidad para el consumo humano.
