description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el liderazgo y la gestión gerencial en la empresa Cotton Life Textiles EIRL, 2022. La metodología tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y del tipo transversal, y es aplicada con nivel correlacional, la población estuvo conformada por 100 colaboradores de la empresa Cotton Life Textiles EIRL. La técnica y el instrumento empleado fueron la encuesta y el cuestionario respectivamente para ambas variables. Los resultados obtenidos alcanzaron un Rho de Spearman de 0.775 lo cual existe una relación positiva alta entre el liderazgo y gestión gerencial de la empresa Cotton Life Textiles EIRL. Concluyendo que existe relación significativa entre las variables de estudio, evidenciando la correcta interacción trae resultados favorables como el alto rendimiento y desempeño laboral también de los colaboradores.
