Teniendo como resultados la existencia de una relación significativa entre planificar, hacer, verificar y actuar con la competitividad de las empresas; dado que se obtuvo valores de Pearson de 0,878; 0,817; 0,846; 0,801 y 0,861 respectivamente y el p-valor= 0,000. La conclusión fue que, la relación entre el ciclo de Deming y la competitividad es positiva y significativa (p-valor=0,000; Pearson=0,861).
