description La investigaci?n se realiz? con el objetivo de determinar la intensidad con la que se relacionan la gesti?n administrativa y el desempe?o laboral en la Municipalidad de Paramonga, Barranca, 2019. Para lo cual nos planteamos como hip?tesis que la gesti?n administrativa y el desempe?o laboral se relacionan de manera ?ptima en la Municipalidad de Paramonga, Barranca, 2019. Se aplic? la investigaci?n descriptiva correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal simple, la muestra estudiada fue de 96 colaboradores. Se obtuvo como resultado, que existe relaci?n directamente proporcional entre la gesti?n administrativa y el desempe?o de los colaboradores, entendi?ndose que cuando el nivel de gesti?n se incrementa a la par con ello se incrementa el desempe?o de los colaboradores, por lo tanto, la presencia de estas dos variables, permiten que la municipalidad logre sus objetivos propuestos.
