(Win), a la que posteriormente se acumuló la denuncia de América Móvil Perú S.A.C. Ambas empresas denunciaron que la campaña publicitaria de Win incurría en actos de denigración, comparación indebida, engaño y vulneración de principios de legalidad y adecuación social previstos en la Ley de Represión de la Competencia Desleal. En primera instancia, la Comisión de Fiscalización de la Competencia Desleal declaró infundadas las denuncias al considerar que no existía alusión directa ni indirecta a las denunciantes y que la publicidad no infringía las normas invocadas.
