La técnica: encuesta y análisis documental; el instrumento: cuestionario y ficha de análisis documental. La técnica de procesamiento y análisis de datos es la ji cuadrada. En conclusión: Se valida la hipótesis alterna, porque la ji cuadrada calculada es 9,67 siendo mayor a la ji cuadrada de tabla que es 3,84. Validando la hipótesis alterna.
