Planteo como problema general ¿Qué relación existe entre Gestión Financiera y la Dirección Estratégica en el Gobierno Regional de Junín año 2022?, el objetivo general fue Determinar la relación que existe entre la Gestión Financiera y la Dirección Estratégica en el Gobierno Regional de Junín año 2022. La metodología de la tesis que se aplicó fue el método científico, el tipo de investigación fue aplicada, de nivel descriptiva, el diseño de investigación relacional, y la muestra 196 colaboradores. Se concluye que el Coeficiente de Correlación de Rho de Spearman es 0.672 el cual indica que existe relación significativa y directa entre Gestión Financiera y la Dirección Estratégica en el Gobierno Regional de Junín año 2022. Se sugiere que implementar capacitaciones y una mejor las políticas de gestión financiera dentro del Gobierno Regional del Junín.
