Esta propuesta tiene como finalidad el mejorar las edificaciones urbanas de la sede a través de sus transformaciones de sus espacios en deterioro. Se estructura en capítulos, describiendo el planteamiento y formulación del problema, los objetivos que se desea alcanzar con el proyecto, antecedentes y metodología empleada, se detallan a través de planos aplicados a la teoría y normativas de la arquitectura. Este proyecto de investigación surge como respuesta al interés por la transformación urbana del Gobierno Regional de Piura, porque se considera como un eje importante para el control en la toma de decisiones de las personas encargadas que manejan este organismo, por lo cual debe poseer una infraestructura adecuada.

This proposal aims to improve the urban buildings of the headquarters through its transformations of its deteriorating spaces. It is structured in chapters, describing the approach and formulation of the problem, the objectives to be achieved with the project, background and methodology used, are detailed through plans applied to the theory and regulations of architecture.
