La multiparidad es factor de riesgo para diabetes gestacional con un odds ratio de 3.37 el cual fue significativo. El promedio de paridad fue significativamente superior en las gestantes con diabetes en comparación con las gestantes sin diabetes. Conclusiones: La multiparidad es factor de riesgo asociado a diabetes gestacional en pacientes atendidas en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo.
