En los resultados observamos que para una muestra de 180 conductores el resultado fue de 73.3% de atrición y el 62.2% de abfracción. Se concluye que, hubo mayor prevalencia de atrición en los conductores de servicio de taxi.

The study was carried out in the Trujillo International transport company. The prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive and observational study included a sample of 180 drivers from the International transport company, using the non-probabilistic selection method: for convenience, who were evaluated through a clinical inspection. In the results, we observed that for a sample of 180 drivers the result was 73.3% attrition and 62.2% of abfraction.
