El centro de atención residencial gerontológico en Moche, surge como resultado de una investigación enfocada en la población adulta mayor (PAM), identificando la problemática principal: la escasa y deficiente atención especializada frente al acelerado envejecimiento poblacional, que ofrece el CAM de Trujillo. Por ello, el equipamiento planteado complementará al CAM existente, dirigido a PAM autovalentes y frágiles, que cubra con la demanda y esté acorde a sus necesidades, permitiendo un envejecimiento digno para los asegurados de EsSalud a nivel distrital en Trujillo y Moche. La investigación se desarrolla con la identificación de los problemas actuales y los objetivos a alcanzar, para luego plantear una programación arquitectónica que responda a las necesidades del usuario. El diseño arquitectónico inicia por la conceptualización y estrategias directamente relacionadas con cada objetivo, considerando la relación del espacio urbano exterior con la arquitectura, creando espacios comunes para incentivar la cohesión social entre los usuarios del centro y la comunidad de la zona; para luego, integrar las funciones residenciales, recreativas, educativas y de salud, fundamentándose en principios de arquitectura sensorial y bioclimática, donde se consideren jardines verdes de variada vegetación, jardines de agua y jardines zen, además de zonas de recreación activas y pasivas. |

Therefore, the proposed equipment will complement the existing CAM, aimed at self-sufficient and frail PAM, to meet the demand and meet their needs, allowing a dignified aging for EsSalud policyholders at the district level in Trujillo and Moche. The research is developed with the identification of current problems and the objectives to be achieved, to then propose an architectural program that responds to the user's needs.
