Además, se pudo apreciar en el centro comercial don Carlos un nivel medio de formalización entre los empresarios, se reflejó un bajo registro ante Sunarp, Sunat, registros laborales, beneficios sociales, también se observo un bajo nivel de conciencia tributaria plasmado en un pobre nivel ético, bajos valores morales y niveles muy bajo de responsabilidad tributaria. Se concluyo que la relación entre conciencia tributaria y formalización de Mypes textiles es positiva, directa y de nivel medio alto, de 0.6623 (p<0.05), indicando que a mayores niveles de formación de conciencia tributaria se tienen mayores niveles de formalización

A research with a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, retrospective approach was designed, with cross-sectional and explanatory data collection, applying formalization and tax awareness scales to a sample of 66 participants. In addition, a medium level of formalization among businessmen could be seen in the Don Carlos shopping center, a low registration with Sunarp, Sunat, labor records, social benefits was reflected, a low level of tax awareness was also observed reflected in a poor level ethics, low moral values and very low levels of tax responsibility.
