Para ello, se empleó el tipo de investigación Básica, utilizando los métodos deductivo, inductivo, dogmático, comparativo-analógico e histórico; así mismo, se recurrió al fichaje y análisis de contenido. A través de esta tesis, se llegó a la conclusión de que el Tribunal Constitucional debe actuar como un órgano dictaminador, cuando existan vulneraciones constitucionales a través de las reformas a la Constitución.
