description El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre liderazgo gerencial y la productividad laboral de la empresa pesquera Cristo Rey, Paita 2023. Este estudio se caracteriza por un diseño no experimental y un alcance correlacional. La recopilación de datos tuvo lugar de manera simultánea durante el mismo periodo, clasificando así este estudio como transversal y de naturaleza correlacional. La población de este estudio es medible y finita de 30 colaboradores, siendo menor a 50 individuos la muestra se considera igual al tamaño de la población. Se emplearon la encuesta y cuestionario como técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos. Obteniendo como resultado un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0,542, indicando una relación positiva con un nivel bueno entre las variables. Concluyendo que la el liderazgo gerencial se relaciona directa y pasivamente con la productividad Laboral de la empresa pesquera Cristo Rey, Paita 2023

This study is characterized by a non-experimental design and a correlational scope. Data collection took place simultaneously during the same period, thus classifying this study as cross-sectional and correlational in nature. The population of this study is measurable and finite of 30 collaborators, being less than 50 individuals, the sample is considered equal to the population size. The survey and questionnaire were used as data collection techniques and instruments. As a result, a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.542 was obtained, indicating a positive relationship with a good level between the variables.
