De ahí que luego de haber realizado esta investigación, se haya concluido, de manera general que: La manera en que debe tenerse en cuenta la buena fe objetiva, al momento de resolverse casos sobre tercerías de propiedad implica exigir que el tercero que se presenta como propietario actúe con transparencia, sinceridad y sin intención de perjudicar derechos de las partes involucradas en el proceso. Así, se requiere no solo la prueba de titularidad del bien en cuestión, sino también la demostración de una conducta coherente con la buena fe, que evidencie que dicho tercero no ha contribuido de forma dolosa o negligente a la situación litigiosa. De ahí que se deba considerar aspectos como la diligencia en la verificación de los antecedentes registrales del bien, la ausencia de indicios que alerten sobre posibles litigios previos o deudas que perjudiquen a eventuales acreedores, y la consistencia en las acciones del tercero para proteger sus derechos de propiedad.
