En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó un diagnóstico inicial de la empresa INVERSIONES MAXPI E.I.R.L. utilizando la Lista de Verificación de Lineamientos del SSST de la ley 29783 en donde se obtuvo un porcentaje deficiente (10%) de cumplimiento. El desarrollo inició identificando los peligros y riesgos de los puestos de trabajo dentro de la empresa, detallándolo en la matriz de Identificación de Peligros, Evaluación de Riesgos y sus controles (IPERC), encontrándose un total de 54 riesgos siendo un 0% riesgos triviales, 12.96% riesgos tolerables, 27.78% riesgos moderados, 22.22% importantes y 37.04% riesgos intolerables. Posteriormente se elaboró el mapa de riesgos, la Política y Reglamento Interno; por último, tomando en cuenta los controles planteados se propuso el plan y programa anual. Finalmente se obtuvo un presupuesto total de implementación es de S/.55,646, con lo cual se evitarían multas aun mas costosas de hasta 114 mil soles. Concluimos que de implementarse el sistema propuesto lograríamos disminuir los riesgos más representativos (importantes e intolerables) hasta en un 75%

In this research work we conducted an initial diagnosis of the company INVERSIONES MAXPI E.I.R.L. using the SSST Guidelines Checklist of the law 29783 where we obtained a deficient percentage (10%) of compliance. The development began by identifying the hazards and risks of the jobs within the Company, detailing them in the Hazard Identification, Risk Evaluation and Controls (IPERC) matrix, finding a total of 54 risks, with 0% trivial risks, 12.96% tolerable risks, 27.78% moderate risks, 22.22% important risks and 37.04% intolerable risks. Subsequently the risk map, the Policy and Internal Regulations were drawn up; finally, taking into account the proposed controls, the annual plan and program were proposed. The total implementation budget is S/. 55,646, which would avoid even more costly fines of up to 114 thousand soles.
