El tipo de investigación es de manera descriptiva y aplicada, con diseño de experimental, la muestra de nuestro proyecto es Mejoramiento y Ampliación de las redes de Agua para consumo humano y Alcantarillado Sanitario en la Urb. Mochica, del distrito de Trujillo - provincia de Trujillo - departamento de la Libertad, las técnicas que se utilizó fueron de modo de observación e instrumento para recolectar datos es de recopilación documental, así mismo de manera de datos históricos. Durante el desarrollo se trabajó con la guía de PMBOK 5ta edición donde obtuvimos toda la información para saber cómo planificar antes de evaluar un proyecto, asimismo ejecutarlo y controlarlo, en la cual también obtuvimos que esta guía se puede utilizar en todo medio de proyectos y que puede detectar algún tipo de error, también esta guía nos dio los alineamientos para identificar qué características debe poseer los formatos para poder hacer una licitación de obra. Finalmente, se pudo obtener la planificación, ejecución y control del proyecto.

The type of research is descriptive and applied, with an experimental design, the sample of our project is Improvement and Expansion of the Water networks for human consumption and Sanitary Sewerage in the Urb. Mochica, in the district of Trujillo - province of Trujillo - Department of La Libertad, the techniques that were used were by way of observation and the instrument to collect data is documentary collection, likewise in the form of historical data. During the development, we worked with the PMBOK 5 th edition guide where we obtained all the information to know how to plan before evaluating a project, as well as executing and controlling it, in which we also obtained that this guide can be used in all project media and that it can detect some type of error, this guide also gave us the alignments to identify what characteristics the formats must have in order to bid for work.
