La metodología fue no experimental, transversal, del tipo correlacional descriptivo, contando con una población de 32 expertos pertenecientes a la Zona Registral Nº VII-Sede Huaraz. Los resultados muestran que el 69% considera que si vulneran la seguridad jurídica que otorga el Registro a todos los actos y derechos inscritos y el 66% considera que la evaluación de las decisiones judiciales dentro del sistema registral en el Perú no es adecuada; concluyéndose que los efectos que vienen produciendo las inscripciones registrales que se producen como consecuencia de los apercibimientos dictados por los jueces son la inseguridad jurídica, la incompatibilidad de las decisiones judiciales y la información del sistema registral, siendo ambas consecuencias negativas ya que generan conflictos en los ciudadanos a no guardar relación la partida registral y el título que ordena inscribir.

The methodology was non-experimental, cross-sectional, of the descriptive correlational type, with a population of 32 experts belonging to Registry Zone No. VII-Huaraz Headquarters.
