Para reunir los datos se empleó la “Escala de la Motivación -MLPA y la Escala de Engagement Laboral UWES-17”. Posteriormente, se procedió a utilizar el paquete estadístico (SPSS 23) para la prueba de normalidad, el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, la confiabilidad de ambas escalas y la consistencia interna con el coeficiente de confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach. Los hallazgos revelaron que existe una relación significativa (rho=.242; p<.05) entre las variables. Respecto a las dimensiones, se reportó correlación entre la dimensión logro con vigor rho=.203* y con dedicación rho=.253**. De igual modo, entre la dimensión poder con vigor rho=.191*, con dedicación rho=.265** y con absorción rho=.216*. Por último, entre la dimensión afiliación con la dimensión absorción rho=.198*

The prototype was made up of 108 teachers between the ages of 30 and 65. To gather the data, the “Motivation Scale MLPA and the UWES-17 Work Engagement Scale” were used. Subsequently, the statistical package (SPSS 23) was used for the normality test, the Spearman compensation coefficient, the reliability of both scales and the internal consistency with the Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship (rho=.242; p<.05) between the variables. Regarding the dimensions, compensation was reported between the achievement dimension with vigor rho=.203* and with dedication rho=.253**.
