Julio 2022 - julio 2023. El diseño será un estudio de cohortes longitudinal, prospectivo, observacional y analítico. Incluyendo pacientes con diagnosticó aborto incompleto hasta las 12 semanas de embarazo, atendidas en Ginecología y Obstetricia. Se usará 156 pacientes como muestra distribuidas en grupos de 78 a quienes se les administrará cada tipo de tratamiento. La recolección de datos se realizará mediante una ficha hecha teniendo en cuenta los objetivos. Se usará la prueba Chi- cuadrado con nivel de significancia del 0.05
