La dirección que se está tomando a través del presente trabajo de investigación es un tema novedoso en nuestra sociedad, tanto a nivel doctrinario, legislativo y jurisprudencial; puesto que, se está realizando un enfoque específico sobre la naturaleza misma de los principios de publicidad registral, de inoponibilidad de lo no inscrito y el sistema registral, por lo tanto con la prevalecía a favor de la propiedad no inscrita se quiere demostrar la afectación al principio de publicidad registral.
