Se encontró que el 61 % de madres tienen nivel de estrés moderado y el 39 % nivel de estrés alto. En relación a la percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería el 66% de madres de neonatos prematuros no percibe cuidado humanizado y el 34% si percibe cuidado humanizado de enfermería. Determinándose que existe relación altamente significativa (P= 0.001) entre las dos variables.
