La presente investigación plantea el análisis de emplazar un Hotel Resort 4 estrellas en la Ciudad de Huaraz, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de ubicar dicho establecimiento en una zona paisajista y natural aprovechando todo el potencial que brinda la zona que es Natural, Histórico y Cultural, teniendo como principal atractivo al Parque Nacional del Huascarán. El diagnóstico situacional nos muestra el crecimiento turístico y económico que ha tenido el sector en los últimos años y esto se debe al potencial en cuanto a las áreas naturales y culturales que ofrece la zona. Por lo tanto el potencial Natural y Cultural más la deficiente infraestructura hotelera de alta categoría que presenta la zona nos muestra una Ausencia de Infraestructura Hotelera de Categoría 4 Estrellas en un entorno Natural; teniendo como objetivo principal aprovechar todo el potencial turístico regional mediante el incentivo a la inversión privada para promover equipamientos hoteleros de categoría 4 a 5 estrellas que brinde servicios de calidad acorde con el requerimiento del flujo turístico. La propuesta del proyecto se basa en buscar la identidad de la zona tanto paisajística como andina que nos proporcionen una mejor visión del proyecto teniendo en cuenta la riqueza cultural que proporciona la zona, así se puede proponer un Hotel Resort 4 estrellas que cumpla con las características propias de la zona y que brinde la mejor calidad de servicios a los usuarios. |

The situational diagnosis shows the tourist and economic growth that the sector has had in recent years and this is due to the potential in terms of natural and cultural areas offered by the area. Therefore, the Natural and Cultural potential plus the deficient high-end hotel infrastructure that the area presents shows us an Absence of Category 4 Stars Infrastructure in a Natural Environment; having as main objective to take advantage of all the regional tourist potential by means of the incentive to the private investment to promote hotel equipment of category 4 to 5 stars that offers quality services in accordance with the tourist flow requirement.
