Las variables trabajadas fueron evaluadas mediante dos instrumentos: Escala del Clima Organizacional de Sonia Palma Carrillo CL- SP (2004) y la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral de Sonia Palma SL – SP (1999). Finalmente, se encontró como resultado que existe correlación altamente significativa entre ambas variables de manera general. Y se pudo apreciar una correlación significativa entre los indicadores de clima organizacional y los factores de satisfacción laboral; además se encontró que la mayoría de la población manifiesta un nivel regular en el clima organizacional y en la satisfacción laboral.

The variables studied were evaluated by two instruments: Organizational Climate Scale Palma Sonia Carrillo CL- SP (2004) and Job Satisfaction Scale Palma Sonia Carrillo SL- SP (1999). Finally, it was found as a result that there is a highly significant correlation between the wo variables in general.
