description El proyecto denominado Polifuncional y oficinas técnicas de la Municipalidad distrital de la Esperanza nace de la necesidad de contar con una infraestructura que sirva para el funcionamiento de áreas de asistencia a la comunidad, así como ambientes administrativos propios de la gestión municipal; debido al incremento de la población. Motivo por el cual, para el Polifuncional, se tuvieron en cuenta ambientes de asistencia social a la población, tanto en el nivel cultural, social y educativo, y en lo que respecta a las oficinas técnicas, se tuvieron en cuenta los órganos de línea de la Municipalidad; cabe resaltar que para esto se han tenido los documentos de gestión municipal. La propuesta arquitectónica conceptualiza la gestión municipal, la interrelación entre el municipio y la ciudadanía, organizada a través de espacios abiertos tanto públicos como privados, a partir de lo cual se organiza la volumetría contemplando un bloque donde se desarrolla y funcionan los órganos de línea y el resto de bloques en donde se proyecta el polifuncional teniendo en cuenta la parte educativa, cultural y social. El proyecto contempla a parte de la conceptualización arquitectónica, el aporte del planteamiento de las especialidades, convirtiéndola en una edificación moderna, contemplando un edificio que se desarrolle las actividades propuestas dentro de su programación
