Esta investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo no experimental descriptivo y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por un total de 25 trabajadores pertenecientes al área administrativa de la empresa Sunshine Export S.A.C. de la ciudad de Piura - 2023 y la muestra estuvo conformada por la misma población al ser esta pequeña. Como técnicas de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento, el cuestionario, el cual fue validado por juicio de tres expertos, además se aplicó la prueba de confiabilidad de contenido mediante el Alfa de Cronbach. El resultado obtenido revela una asociación significativa y positiva, con un coeficiente de correlación de 0.589 y una significancia bilateral de 0.002. Este hallazgo sugiere que existe una relación fuerte entre la percepción de felicidad organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los empleados en la mencionada empresa. Se concluyó que existe una correlación significativa (r=0.589, p=0.002) entre la Felicidad Organizacional y el Desempeño Laboral en el área administrativa de Sunshine Export SAC en Piura. Este hallazgo sugiere una asociación fuerte y positiva entre los niveles de felicidad en el trabajo y el desempeño laboral, destacando la importancia de promover un entorno laboral positivo para mejorar el desempeño organizacional.

Este hallazgo sugiere una asociación fuerte y positiva entre los niveles de felicidad en el trabajo y el desempeño laboral, destacando la importancia de promover un entorno laboral positivo para mejorar el desempeño organizacional.The objective of this research was to determine what relationship exists between organizational happiness and the work performance of the employees of the administrative area of the company Sunshine Export S.A.C. of the city of Piura - 2023, since it was observed that the employees of the company under study face situations that reduce their work happiness and work performance. This research has a quantitative approach, it is non-experimental, descriptive and cross- sectional. The population was made up of a total of 25 workers belonging to the administrative area of the company Sunshine Export S.A.C. from the city of Piura - 2023 and the sample was made up of the same population as it was small. The survey was used as data collection techniques and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, which was validated by the judgment of three experts. In addition, the content reliability test was applied using Cronbach's Alpha. The result obtained reveals a significant and positive association, with a correlation coefficient of 0.589 and a bilateral significance of 0.002. This finding suggests that there is a strong relationship between the perception of organizational happiness and the job performance of employees in the aforementioned company. It was concluded that there is a significant correlation (r=0.589, p=0.002) between Organizational Happiness and Work Performance in the administrative area of Sunshine Export SAC in Piura.
