Se empleó la prueba estadística Rho de Sperman, previamente se verificó el cumplimiento de los supuestos de normalidad y homogeneidad de varianzas. Se consideró un nivel de significancia del 5%. Resultados: Se obtuvo que la posición del incisivo inferior en sujetos clase I fue de 6.31 mm y la inclinación de 32.48 grados. En sujetos clase II, la posición fue de 7.66 mm y la inclinación de 36.43, y en sujetos clase III, la posición fue de 3.68 mm y la inclinación de 22.96 grados. Conclusión: Si existe relación entre las maloclusiones esqueléticas con la posición e inclinación del incisivo inferior.
