Su objetivo general Determinar de qué manera afecta la implementación de la oralidad en el proceso civil de obligación de dar suma de dinero en el Perú. Este estudio indaga la normatividad que regula el proceso civil, a oralidad y la obligación de dar suma de dinero revisando la doctrina relevante sobre el tema. Esta investigación tiene una naturaleza cualitativa y descriptiva de acuerdo a su profundidad. Para obtener los datos se hizo uso de la técnica de recolección de datos y la entrevista con sus instrumentos guía de análisis documental y la guía de entrevista respectivamente llegando a la conclusión que la implementación de la oralidad afecta los procesos civiles de obligación de dar suma de dinero de manera que mejora dichos procesos, a la vez; que mejora los principios procesales de concentración, inmediación y celeridad, así como facilita un acceso más comprensible al sistema judicial para todas las partes involucradas. A través de un análisis de su regulación en el derecho comparado y una evaluación de su impacto en el ámbito peruano, se concluye que la oralidad contribuye a una resolución más rápida y directa de los conflictos.
