Genetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions for human identification purposes

Descripción del Articulo

In this population study 1541 samples in total were collected and analyzed. The samples were collected from five jurisdictions: North macro region (n = 272), Central macro region (n = 404), South macro region (n = 272), East macro region (n = 197), and the Lima macro region (n = 396). The samples we...

The samples were analyzed using the Investigator 24 plex GO and Investigator 24 plex QS kits which enable typing of 21 autosomal STR loci and an amelogenin marker for sex determination. The combined power of discrimination and the combined probability of exclusion for the total population were 0.9999999999 and 0.99999978, respectively. These population geographic subgroupings are similar, supporting that the combined Peruvian data or individual subgroupings could be used for generating statistics in forensic casework.Revisión por paresapplication/pdfengElsevierinfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccessRepositorio institucional UPALreponame:UPAL - Institucionalinstname:Universidad Privada Peruano Alemanainstacron:UPALRepeticiones de microsatéliteGenética forensePolimorfismo genéticoAntropología forensePoblaciónPerúhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.01.02Genetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions for human identification purposesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain; charset=utf-81748http://repositorio.upal.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.14107/69/2/license.txt8a4605be74aa9ea9d79846c1fba20a33MD52ORIGINALGenetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions.pdfGenetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions.pdfEmbargo: 15/04/2023application/pdf485923http://repositorio.upal.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.14107/69/1/Genetic%20study%20with%2021%20autosomal%20STRs%20in%20five%20Peruvian%20macro%20regions.pdfe8f0c3c1c8701057aedaea2b1ec95334MD51TEXTGenetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions.pdf.txtGenetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain23450http://repositorio.upal.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.14107/69/3/Genetic%20study%20with%2021%20autosomal%20STRs%20in%20five%20Peruvian%20macro%20regions.pdf.txtbe2b91e7b10a9721c1c802d40ddd9309MD53THUMBNAILGenetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions.pdf.jpgGenetic study with 21 autosomal STRs in five Peruvian macro regions.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg1645http://repositorio.upal.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.14107/69/4/Genetic%20study%20with%2021%20autosomal%20STRs%20in%20five%20Peruvian%20macro%20regions.pdf.jpge019422c6a5aa66ea748447404a3c204MD5420.500.14107/69oai:repositorio.upal.edu.pe:20.500.14107/692022-05-27 09:05:02.676Repositorio de la Universidad Privada Peruano Alemanarepositorio@upal.edu.pe
