La metodología permite, que los niños son los protagonistas en todo momento de la actividad que realizan, teniendo la manipulación y creatividad para conseguir su fin. Es motivadora, flexible, participativa y aporta buena fuente de valores y el cuidado del entorno. El rol de la docente es facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje, ante desviaciones en la actividad de los niños. Favorece la interacción con el objeto de aprendizaje y con los propios compañeros, potenciando el diálogo entre iguales.
