This thesis correlational descriptive of Transversal cut overall objective was to know the leve! of maternal satisfaction with nursing care related to maternal .and child, 20i3. The population was composed by all mothers who met the inclusion criteria. Leve! of maternal satisfaction with nursing care and questionnaire: Background Maternal and Child 2 instruments were used. In the processing, analysis and interpretation of the data was used the Statistical Software: SPSS i9. lt was concluded that: •!• 87.7 % of mothers have a higher leve! of satisfaction, i2.3 % reported being moderately satisfied and no mother present a low satisfaction leve! of nursing care . •!• 82.5 % of mothers with ages ranging from 20-30 ; 46.5 % had secondary education , 52.6 % had more than 2 children, 82.5% have a partner, 73.7% work at home, 36.0% of children having from i month to i year and 89.5 % have 3 4 days of hospitalization in the pediatric ward •!• There is no statistically significant relationship between the leve! of maternal satisfaction with nursing care and maternal history : maternal age, education , number of children , marital tenure , work, child's age and days of hospitalization.
