Sumario:This work deals with the effect of increasing levels of nutriúmico (10, 20, 30, 40 kg / ha), source of humic acid, compared with testigo without adding nutriúmico in yield components and quality of fruit. The experiment was conducted in the district of Morales to 283 m.s.n.m. It is in the living area; tropical dry forest (bs-t), in the jungle of Peru. During the period July to November 1999 using diseño completely randomized block. The soil was slightly alkaline clay type (7.62), half-had with organic matter (3.4%), high phosphorus content (49.5 ppm) and half potassium (0.52 meq / 100g). The results showed that fruit yield, cheaper (cost / benefit), corresponded to the dose of 40 kg / ha of Nutriúmico (T4), which achieved an increase of 42.55% compared with the control. It was concluded that nutriúmico, increases yields, and consequently a higher percentage of first quality fruit.
