Sumario:The present work has as title " Dose of fertilization NPK in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum), variety cigar hair of gold in the sector Yacucatina - Juan Guerra".; likewise with the objective to determine the good dose of fertilization (Nitrogen, Match and Potassium) in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) variety cigar hair of gold and to Determine the economic analysis of the treatments by means of the relationship benefits cost; it was carried out the present work in the lands that it drives the Company Natterman Hurm, located in the Sector Yacucatina, District of Juan Guerra, County of San Martin.; with an annual maximum Tº of 32 ºC, precipitation averages yearly of 1 200 mm and a relative humidity of 70-80%. The used design was at random of Complete Blocks (DBCA), with 5 treatments with four repetitions. The treatments were T1 (109-75-175), T2 (176-0-0), T3 (105-12-0) T4 (300-80-100), T5 (0-0-0). The results demonstrated that the biggest yields of dry leaf for hectare were obtained in the treatment 4(300-0-0) with 2 253 kilos of dry leaf, with to net utility of S/. 6 592.49 new suns and that of smaller yield was the treatment 5 (0-0-0) with S/. 1 973.00 kilos with to net utility of S/. 6 376, 00 new suns.
