description El bosque relicto alto andino dominado por asociaciones de Polylepis Rugulosa ubicado en la región árida andina del suroeste peruano es proveedor de una serie de bienes y servicios ambientales como la provisión de agua, la regulación climática, el control de la erosión, entre otros, estos contribuyen en el bienestar de las sociedades. La presente investigación permite conocer la asignación de un rango de valor económico de los servicios ecosistémicos desarrollados en la zona de estudio, basándonos en diferentes perspectivas de análisis mediante la aplicación del modelo multicriterio Analytic Network Process (ANP) y la estimación económica del secuestro de CO2 eq. Los resultados obtenidos ascienden de USD 32,641,387 a USD 102,098,052.
