ABSTRACT The research carried out deals with the Negotiable Invoice as a Source of Financing and its Effect on the Liquidity of the Company. Its purpose is to demonstrate that the Negotiable Invoice as a Source of Financing has an impact on Liquidity. The financial situation of the company Bus Metálica SA was analyzed. The use of a negotiable invoice is a good financing alternative, achieving an increase in the liquidity of the company. The study was carried out using reports from the company Bus Metálica, whose main activity is the manufacture of bodies for transport units. The financial statements were analyzed and financial ratios were applied. It was determined that the negotiable invoice is a good financing alternative, since it has a favorable effect on the liquidity of the Company.
