The present research work studies the problem of decision making. For this, the_x000D_ following question is asked: How to assist decision-making in the Sales Area of the_x000D_ Pharmaceutical Company Mifarma, Chepén, La Libertad?_x000D_ The investigation is oriented to implement a Data Mart, as a tool that will allow_x000D_ to realize Business Intelligence about the Sales Area of the Pharmaceutical Company_x000D_ Mifarma._x000D_ To apply the implementation of the Data Mart, the monitoring of the Hephaestus_x000D_ Methodology is proposed, which allows the simplification of the extraction,_x000D_ transformation and loading of the information in the dimensional (operational) database._x000D_ Obtaining as a result the construction of the generated Dashboard artifacts (control_x000D_ panel) made in Power Pivot, it will be possible to visualize the information as:_x000D_ to see which are the best selling products, to see in which months a certain product_x000D_ is sold in a faster way and sure, in order to make correct decisions on time and have_x000D_ a summary knowledge about the progress of the company
