The development of this research work was carried out with the Provincial Municipality of Sánchez Carrión as the study scenario, which has as its main headquarters the city of Huamachuco, Department of La Libertad, with the main objective of determining the relationship between the Management of Logistics Area and Organizational Efficiency of the Provincial Municipality of Sánchez Carrión, the research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, not experimental, the Inductive-Deductive Method, Hypothetical-Deductive Method was used, data collection and the survey as a research technique, the reliability of the data collection instruments was validated with the Cronbach's Alpha method, obtaining 0.884 for the data collection instrument of both variables, and for the Logistics Area Management variable an alpha equal to 0.758 and, for the variable Organizational effectiveness, an alpha equal to 0.859 was found; the population was made up of 497 servers and a convenience sample equal to 31 servers was worked on, the data collection instrument was applied to said sample, and with the information obtained it was possible to fulfill the objectives of the investigation, contrast the research hypothesis, and represent the results through tables and statistical indicators determining duly consistent results.
