Sumario:The report called the influence of social welfare in the working environment of the agroindustrial Laredo S.A.A enterprise partners, intends to give a scope on the set of actions that tend to measure the situation from the development of schemes and philosophy of the institution in its contribution to the work environment. Methods were quantitative and likewise given utility to the diversity of techniques such as observation, survey and the use of documentary sources through the literature review. On the other hand in this process, asked notions of quality of life, work performance and welfare of employees. It is necessary to have as answers a priori that the deprivation of a scheme is implemented where actions and programs of social welfare categorically affects the working environment of employees of the company; that is through the implementation of programmes of social welfare, strategies and appropriate modes that comply with the humanistic category of partners, it will achieve a progress in the validity and efficiency of the structure, in a main conduction of human talent, then establish the influence in the working environment; and how these facts emanate in contexts of labor problems under work performance, quality of life and sense of belonging
