The results before the implementation of the PROA in the Medicine and Surgery B Services were for ceftriaxone 5.63 (62%) and 19.90 (77%), cefepime 5.73 (72%) and 1.26 (74%) ) and vancomycin 6.50 (69%) and 2.99 (77%); while after the implementation of the PROA, 3.50 (38%) and 5.85 (23%), cefepime 2.20 (28%) and 0.45 (26%) and vancomycin 2.92 were obtained in ceftriaxone. 31%) and 0.89 (23%) DDD / 100camas / day respectively. Using the T-Student test, statistical significance was determined with 95% confidence to compare before and after the implementation of PROA for ceftriaxone, cefepime and vancomycin in Medicine with values of 0.0111; 0.0104 and 0.0269 and Surgery B 0.0170; 0.0174 and 0.0210 respectively.
